Mark Ellis Photography provides professional photography services, including but not limited to family, wedding, and newborn photography. Specific details of the services provided will be agreed upon at the time of booking.
2. Bookings and Payments

5. Copyright and Usage
All photographs remain the copyright of Mark Ellis Photography unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use the photographs for personal purposes.

6. Digital Delivery and Storage
- Digital images will be delivered via an online gallery or other agreed method.
- It is your responsibility to download and back up your images promptly.
- Mark Ellis Photography is not responsible for any loss of images after delivery.

- Mark Ellis Photography is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
- In the event of equipment failure, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure, our liability is limited to the refund of payments made for the affected session.
